This is an electronic information system commissioned by the Research Grants Council (RGC)of Hong Kong, China to conduct PPR (Public Policy Research) business over the Internet.
It is for use by authorized users only.
Starting from the 2008 / 2009 funding exercise, all PPR applications are required to be submitted to the RGC through the system.
