Before downloading the font provided on this Web page (Software), you have read, understood and agreed to the following:

3. By accepting this Terms of Use, DynaComware shall grant you a non-exclusive license of the Software for your personal use in Public Policy Research (PPR) project. No redistribution or commercial use is allowed.

4. The Software is copyrighted. Title to the Software and all associated intellectual property rights are retained by the DynaComware. 5. You understand and agree that use of the Software are at your sole risk, that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained in relation to the Software is at your discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage caused to your computer system or loss of data or any other loss that results from the download and use of the Software in any manner whatsoever.

6. In relation to the Software, DynaComware here by disclaims all warranties and conditions, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. DynaComware will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use of or the inability to use the Software even if DynaComware has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. The Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

9. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Use will be effective only if in writing and signed by DynaComware or its representative.

10. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Use to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

11. The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
