The Strategic Public Policy Research Electronic System (SPPR ES) is a web-based processing
system commissioned by the RGC to process grants applications and monitor on-going projects.

|
Only authorized users can use the SPPR ES to transact business relating to SPPR.
There are different levels of authorization and only functions that correspond with
the role of an authorized user are enabled.
|
|
To log in, authorized user should enter the User ID and the Password and
select the authorized User Role on the Login screen. If the login fails, an error
message will be displayed. Please double-check the login details before retry.
|
|
For detail procedural guidance for each function, please click on the Instruction
button at the bottom left corner of the corresponding screen.
